1/4 shot grenadine
1 shot brandy

2x glace cherry
2x pineapple spear
Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and brandy then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled soda and the fruit.
