1x25ml of tia maria in shooter glass and gentaly pour baileys irish cream on top

If done correctly the irish cream should float on top of the tia maria. it will look like a mini pint of guinness, hence the name "baby guinness"

Baby's Blood

1 measure campari
1 measure cherry brandy
3 measures orange juice

Blend together.

Baby's Fatal Attraction

50ml tia maria
25ml lime cordial
lemonade

Tia maria, lime and lemonade... mix together well and drink in a small glass with plenty of ice.

Extremely yummy, just like those chocolate lime sweets that you get.

Bad Babysitter

1 part Butterscotch Schnapps
1 part Dooleys

Layer into a shot glass, schnapps first

Bambi

2 shots whiskey
2 whole lemons lemon juice
1 shot coke
2 drops angostura bitters

Drop the bitters into the glass and swill around. Mix the cracked ice whiskey and coke in a mixer. Pour and stir.

Banana Daiquiri

white rum
banana
caster sugar
orange juice

Place 4 teaspoons crushed ice 2 shots rum 2 teaspoons sugar 1 shot orange juice and a peeled banana in a blender blend for only 10s then serve in a cocktail glass.

Bannoffe Dream

3 measures Dooleys
1 1/2 measures banana liqueur
to fill chocolate milkshake

Pour Dooleys and banana liqueur into glass over ice. Top up with chocolate milk and stir well.

1 shot whisky
apple juice

Half fill glass with crushed ice add whisky and top up with apple juice.

Basil Mojito

6 ice cubes
10 basil leaves
1/2 glass soda water
1 small table spoon sugar
3 lime slices
2 shots rum

Place basil leaves, sugar and lime slices into a chilled pint glass or a tumbler. Lightly muddle until the sugar dissolves and the basil smell becomes more intensely. Add rum (my fav: Bacardi Superior) then stir, fill with ice and on top it with soda water. ENJOY.

Basilicum (Basil) Mojito

2 shots Bacardi Superior Rum

1 1/2 parts Bacardi Superior rum 1 part lime 2/3 part sugar mint ice and soda water

Take a cocktail glass, add ice, add 2 shots of vodka, add 3/4 pineapple juice, and top up 1/4 with cranberry juice. shake! and serve in the cocktail glass with 2 straws, and an umberella

pour Campari on the ice, then the peach nectar, then fill with soda.

1/3 shot peach schnapps (archers)
1/3 shot advocaat

put in shot glass, float the advocaat on top (the tia maria and schnapps will mix)

Bloody Mary

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
1dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 measure vodka
6 measures tomato juice
1/2 a lemon worth lemon juice
1 pinch celery salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Put the cracked ice into a shaker. Dash the Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce over the ice and pour in the vodka, tomatoe juice and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms. Strain into a tall, chilled glass, add a pinch of celery salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Decorate with celery stick and/ or slice of lemon.

This classic cocktail was invented in 1921 at the legendary Harry's Bar in Paris. Variations: Bloody Maria, Cold and Clammy Bloody Mary, Bullshot.

Brandy Alexander

ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 1 oz. crème de cacao
• 1 oz. heavy cream

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker or blender. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. This drink (like many cream or Half & Half-based drinks) can also be made frozen: blend the ingredients with 2 scoops of ice-cream instead of the cream/Half & Half, and a scoop of crushed ice, and serve in a tall wine glass
Originally made with gin instead of brandy and called an Alexander, other variations are the Alexander's Sister (with Bols Peppermint and gin). Many find cream too rich, and use Half & Half, which is a mix of milk and cream

Pour the archers, baileys and sherry into a shot glass, and drizzle with grenadine. The sherry should cause the shots to harden slightly (to look like a real brain hemorage, and give the drinker a bit of a suprise!!!

I had this once in Crete, but due to the broken english of the man who served us we weren't entirely sure if these were the entire ingrediants. He did tell us though that the sherry was key to the drink hardening.

juice of 1/2 lemon(s)
1 shot brandy
ginger ale

Shake all except ginger ale together with ice and pour into a large whisky glass and top up with ginger ale.

splash angostura bitters
1 glass brandy

Dip rim of whisky glass in grenadine shake off excess moisture dip in caster sugar frosting the rim. Mix together liquor (except grenadine), lemon juice and ice. Shake together and strain into glass.

Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and brandy then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled soda and the fruit.

Shake brandy and crushed ice together (3-4 ice cubes crushed) then pour into tumbler and top up with champagne.
